Pro Park UK Limited offers all products with a 12 month warranty with the exception of Reflector HID bulbs, these hold a 3 month warranty.  Any additional warranty advertised will be held by the manufacturer and the warranty registration card must be completed upon date of purchase/receipt. We will not charge a call out fee for any genuine faults reported within this warranty period. All full priced fitted products will hold a on site warranty. If Any fitted product is discounted in any way shape or form that is not advertised on this web site it will hold an off site warranty (OSW discount will be shown on your receipt).

 

In order to book an on-site warranty claim we will require a onsite booking deposit of £30.00 to book your service visit upon taking your call, payment should be made by debit card only.  This £30.00 wil be refunded once your service call has been completed back on to your card whilst we are on site.  If you need to cancel your on site warranty service visit we will require a minimum of 3 WORKING DAYS notice.  Failure to give notice before this time period will result in the loss of your deposit.  

 

On site warranties mean we come to you to repair or replace, off site warranty means you bring the vehicle to us. You are entitled to TWO on site warranty claims within the 12 month period. If any further call outs are required then is is at our discretion but mainly you need to come to us on site at a location of our choice.  The following are not covered under warranty: user error, misuse, damage or damage by your kit if we have supplied accessories, water damage by pressure washers, faulty/change of handset, kit moved to different car, different owner, wear & tear, accidental damage, malcious damage, adjustment, interferance or replacement by anyone other than our Engineers (serial number are recorded), software or firmware updates, master resets or anything otherwise deemed outside of the manufacturer's warranty. These will invalid date your warranty & a call out fee will be charged if the installation has been alter from the original install. Please note we cannot offer any warranty on any customer supplied equipment. A 12 month labour warranty is only valid on complete equipment supplied by Pro Park UK with the exception of HID Bulbs, these hold a 7 day labour warranty but do hold a full parts warranty.  Labour warranty only covers genuine faults or failure of equipment & does not cover damage - i.e Monkeys pulling out parking sensors at the local safari park. Any warranty claims not valid will be charged at £60 per hour.  All accessories supplied will hold a valid warranty (parts) but not labour warranty if fitted along side any customer supplied equipment.
