Service calls / warranties
Pro Park UK offers all products on a 12 month warranty period. Any additional warranty advertised will be held by the manufacturer and the warranty registration card must be completed upon date of purchase/receipt. We will not charge a call out fee for any genuine faults reported within this warranty period. All full priced fitted products will hold a on site warranty. If Any fitted product is discounted in any way shape or form that is not advertised on this web site it will hold an off site warranty (OSW discount will be shown on your receipt). On site warranties mean we come to you to repair or replace, off site warranty means you bring the vehicle to us. You are entitled to TWO on site warranty claims within the 12 month period. If any further call outs are required then is is at our discretion but mainly you need to come to us on site at a location of our choice.The following are not covered under warranty: user error, misuse, damage, water damage by pressure washers, faulty/change of handset, kit moved to different car, different owner, wear & tear, accidental damage, adjustment or replacement by anyone other than our Engineers, software updates, or anything otherwise deemed outside of the manufacturer’s warranty. These will invalid date your warranty & a call out fee will be charged if the installation has been alter from the original install. Please note we cannot offer any warranty on any customer supplied equipment. A 12 month labour warranty is only valid on complete equipment supplied by Pro Park UK. All accessories supplied will hold a valid warranty (parts) but not labour. Any on site warranty issues found not to be the fault of the kit the problem was the car a call out fee of £45.00 will be charged at the time of inspection within a 50 mile radius & a call out fee of £60 between 51 & 100 miles & a call out fee of £80 for over 101 miles. Non payment will result in loss of labour warranty & recovery action will be applied to recover the costs.
Cancellations / re-visits
In the event that an appointment needed to be cancelled we require a minimum of 5 WORKING DAYS notice (Mon to Fri) before the appointment date otherwise a cancellation fee of £25.00 will be charged. If you cancel within 3 working days then a cancellation fee of £40.00 will be charged & if 1 working day or a same day cancellation is given a fee of £60 will be charged per vehicle. If parking sensors have been coour coding these will also be charged for. If you have booked a complete day for your booking you will forfeit your deposit. It is important that we are given the correct address, vehicle details, paint codes and product details at the time of booking and that you will be available during the time slot selected. If you are unavailable and the Engineer is left waiting on arrival, he will allow 30 minutes for you to return. If you are not available within these 30 minutes the Engineer will leave site and you may incur a £45.00 cancellation charge. Also if Pro Park UK are supplying labour only you MUST ensure that all parts are on site. If the engineer cannot complete the install due to missing/incorrect parts a cancellation fee of £40.00 will apply. Also if a re-visit is required due to missing/incorrect parts/software problems etc, a revisit fee will be charged accordingly. This cancellation / re-visit fee will be deducted from from payment already received by us. If your Install / service call price is less than the cancellation fee then the price of your service applies.
Payment
If you are purchasing products online we use a secure checkout facility via Cardsave card processing checkout. You may also call us to purchase the goods over the phone by contacting us on 07921 464861. All products will remain the property of Pro Park UK Ltd until paid/cleared in full.
If you are booking a service or have chosen to purchase a product which includes installation then we will either require payment in full up front or a percentage of the total cost via credit* / debit card upon booking to secure the slot. The remainder (if any) of the payment should then be paid to the engineer upon completion by either CASH or debit/credit card. There are no fees for paying by debit card but there is a 2.5% fee for all credit card payments without exception.
Compensation
If our Engineer or delivery is delayed due to reasons out of our control we are in no way liable or obliged to provide compensation.
We acknowledge that your vehicles are precious and need to be handled by experienced professionals, therefore we only use the best qualified Engineers in the industry. Any suspected damage to the vehicle during an installation must be demonstrated, proven and agreed with the Engineer before he leaves site. If in the rare case damage has been made, then our Engineers are all fully insured for such instances. Any damage or faults must be reported at the time of installation or within 24 hours of completion. Any faults or damage after this time is your responsibility. We do not authorise & third party company or individual including you the customer to inspect, remove or replace any fitted products within the 12 warranty period. Therefore no compensation will be paid. It is your responsibility to pay the third party & will result in loss of warranty.

Any prices quoted may be subject to change if additional parts or labour are required.
Bluetooth
Our Engineers will always try to help set up your Bluetooth car kit, and Bluetooth phone for you. However they may not always be able to do this as they may not be familiar with certain phones on the market. If this is the case the Engineer will test his personal phone with the car kit. Any PDA devices, and Sat nav software would require the customer to set this up. We are liable for the installation and car kit, but not compatibility issues. No refund is available for phone/device compatibility problems. Any queries regarding compatibility then please contact us or your handset manufacturer.
Location & parking
Suitable parking needs to be provided for our Installation Engineer to work on your car. If the installation address has a pay parking facility then all payments need to be made by the customer; the Engineer is not liable for this. Please note we do not carry out installations in poor lit underground car parks. Whenever possible cover would be advised for poor weather conditions, this is to protect your vehicle. Any council owned car parks, or NCP car parks run a very strict policy that does not allow us to work on their premises; no installation will take place at these locations. Due to insurance issues, and health and safety issues our Engineers are unable to work on roadside parking in busy areas. This is down to the Engineers discretion. If no parking is provided, or the parking provided is not suitable, then the installation will be cancelled, and a cancellation fee of £40.00 will be charged. Parking within pay & display car parks is the customers responsibility to pay all parking charges for our engineer & your vehicle. No full refund is available.
Pre and post checks
On arrival and before commencing the installation our Engineer will perform a thorough check of the vehicles electrical systems and confirm the placement of the new equipment with you. A Signature will be required from you to confirm the equipment position and pre checks are to your satisfaction.
We have over 15 years of extensive experience within the in-car industry. We install to MPT1362/FCS1362 standards and only use experienced, qualified Engineers who are insured to work on your vehicles. Our engineers have to meet our strict criteria on both technical & Customer Service Skills. They are some of the most experienced and reliable in the industry. Once completed our Engineer will test your equipment and Perform a final check on the vehicles electrical systems to ensure everything is in order before leaving the site. A Signature will be required from you to confirm the installation and post checks are to your satisfaction. Any claims after the Engineer has left site will be invalidated.
Returns and exchanges
We are able to offer an exchange or refund on parts within 7 days from date of purchase that are returned to us safely, in the original packaging not torn or ripped and that this is pre agreed with Pro Park UK. No refunds are possible on any delivery charges, or labour on any fully fitted products & removal may also apply. Certain parts may be ordered in, and may be car specific, these will be subject to a surcharge if returned. The surcharge amount will depend on the cost of the goods. Any parts for refund must be returned to us within 7 days from the date they were delivered. If these parts are returned to us after the seven day cooling off period Pro Park UK may decline acceptance as the goods may be deemed second hand and the refund will be 50% of the value of the goods only. If a product / kit has been installed, then no labour fees can be refunded and a de-installation fee will also apply. This will need to be paid in advance before the kit is removed and before any refund will be issued.
